Garden Room in Windsor (SL4)

The installation of ground screw foundations was successfully completed, providing a stable and reliable base for the structure. The exterior cladding featured high-quality crisp white panels, giving the building a clean and modern look. A flat EPDM roof with a skylight was installed, allowing natural light to flood the interior. The internal walls and ceilings were painted white, creating a bright and inviting space. Floor to ceiling sliding Aluminium glazing was also installed, offering panoramic views and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal. All internal electrical work, flooring installation, and decoration were completed to a high standard. The flooring chosen was a high-quality LVT herringbone pattern, adding an elegant touch to the design. This entire project was successfully finished within the planned timeframe of two weeks.

Extension in Salisbury (SP4)

The 3m x 3m modular extension was completed in just three weeks, meeting the client's tight deadline. The exterior finish of the extension featured a thincoat silicon render, giving it a sleek and modern look.

Sliding aluminium glazing was installed, allowing for plenty of natural light to fill the space. Inside, all internal electrical work was finished, ensuring that the extension had all the necessary power outlets and lighting fixtures. The flooring was fitted with high-quality LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), providing a durable and stylish finish.

Finally, the interior decoration works were completed, adding the final touches to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. Overall, this modular extension project showcased efficient construction practices and attention to detail in every aspect of its design and execution.
