Planning permission is not normally required for garden buildings, as they usually fall under permitted development — even in conservation areas and AONBs. Flats and listed buildings always need permission. If yours does, we arrange it for you as part of our turn-key service.
Yes. We can install a toilet and kitchen without issue, though this typically requires Building Regulations approval — which we organise for you as part of the project.
Yes. Every build is designed to current Building Regulations, so unlike most conservatories or orangeries they're comfortable to use all year round.
